Arlene Babad: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; I am a representational artist. I use acrylics as I would oil paints. I can paint thin glossy layers or thick textural strokes. I love colour and I am drawn to its vibrancy. When I paint, I try to capture the excitement of colours. Colours have movement and I try to share that movement with the viewer. My paintings are in private collections in Canada and the U.S. I am also listed in the ArtistsinCanada Directory. I sell my paintings and fine art prints of my paintings in different sizes on paper or canvas. I also sell fine art greeting cards.
